Mostafa “Moz” Azimitabar, a former detainee in Carlton’s Park Prison, is flanked by refugee advocates as he addresses the media following his Federal Court hearing against the Federal government.
The courts found that although hotel detention for refugees lacked human decency, it was legal. Moz has since stated his intention to appeal this decision.
