We were hired by Eating Disorders Victoria to photograph its annual 'Feed the Soul' event. This year's event was held to celebrate and farewell outgoing CEO Belinda Caldwell; and to welcome incoming CEO Paul Bird. Victorian Minister for Mental Health, Ingrid Stit (who we've photographed at a number of other events) attended and spoke at the event. Two people with lived experience, Samuel (personal lived experience) and Leonara (carer lived experience also spoke.
Eating Disorders Victoria is a not for profit organisation that provides support for people, and their loved ones, who are living with eating disorders as well as health professionals who provide care for people living with eating disorders. It has been serving the community for more than 40 years.
We were tasked with capturing key images, including photos of the incoming and outgoing CEO with the Minister, as well as candid images of the social aspect of the evening.
