All prices are exclusive of Goods and Service Tax (GST).
We're transitioning to a 2-tier rates model catering to corporate clients and not for profits and individuals. The new rates model will kick in from 1 September 2026. Note that all quotes issued up until 1 September 2026 and those already issued, as per business policy, will be honoured under the previous rates structure.
It is current business policy to require a 50% deposit up front under the following circumstances:
- First time clients, and;
- Total quote exceeds $1,500, or;
- Length of work exceeds 4 hours.
Until 1 September 2026, the not-for-profit rates (the previous base rates) will apply to all clients.

*2 hour minimum applies for any videography to factor in set up and pack down. For work of less than 4 hours in duration, the business will determine whether you'll be quoted the hourly rate or the half day rate. Circumstances that may factor in to this decision include: ticketed (pay to access) events versus free events, public events versus private functions, among others.
Multi-day rates
We reward all clients who engage our services over multiple days with major discounts when compared to the ad hoc rates listed above. To qualify for the multi day rates, a client must engage us over at least a 3 day period within a 5 day work week. These have a 2-tier structure: one catering to corporate and commercial clients, and the other to not for profit clients.
Commercial/corporate - multi day rates
| Half day, photography - up to 4 hours per day | $500 |
| Full day, photography - up to 8 hours per day | $850 |
| Add videography - per hour | +$150 |
| Add videography - full day, up to 8 hours per day | $1,000 |
| Add video editing - per hour | +$120 |
Not for profit - multi day rates
| Half day, photography - up to 4 hours per day | $350 |
| Full day, photography - up to 8 hours per day | $600 |
| Add videography - per hour | +$75 |
| Add videography - full day, up to 8 hours per day | $500 |
| Add video editing - per hour | $50 |
For example: 3 days of photography and videography coverage for a corporate client - $5,550 + video editing.
3 days of photography and videography coverage for a not for profit client: $3,300 + video editing.
In a given 5 day work week: a corporate client may request photography and videography coverage for a 1 day event on day 1, on day 2 - a half day of us taking headshots of their staff, and day 3 - a half day of taking photos and filming vide3o of their office and workspace. Such a scenario qualifies for the multi day rates (1 full day + videography/editing, and 1 half day of photography + 1 half day + video/editing = $3,450 + video editing).
Image licensing
Image licensing applies to existing work. For photography, image licensing is baked into the package rates. For commercial clients - the package rates cover image licensing for the first year and includes unlimited usage.
The not for profit/personal licensing rate is a one time single payment with no renewal requirement.
The commercial/corporate licensing rate is renewed yearly.
For commercial/corporate clients: instances where a license must be renewed each year include the following - image on display on business/company website, used in a new publication, used in an annual report, or similar. A publication published before the renewal date but still in circulation after the renewal date won't trigger the license renewal requirement.
| Per image - not for profit / personal / informative / educational, multi use, single payment | $75 per image |
| Per image - corporate / commercial, single use, renewal fee per year | $150 per image |
Rush fees
If needed, we can get images to your media team as your event is happening. Rush fees apply for image turnaround during events. These rates are in addition to the rates provided above.
Corporate - events
| Per hour | +$250 |
| Half day rate | +$500 |
| Full day rate (per day for 2 day events) | +$950 |
Not for profit - events
| Per image, up to a maximum cap of $500 | +$50 |
| Unlimited images | +$500 |
Payment plans
We can offer interest free payment plans to pay off an owed amount over time instead of in one go. This is offered on a per invoice basis. Note that where a deposit invoice has been issued, the full amount owing on the deposit must be paid in full. Only the specified amounts owing on a final issued invoice (less the deposit) can be put on a payment plan.
Owed amounts subject to an agreed payment plan must be paid off monthly. The amount due each month is your total owed amount (less the deposit) divided by the length (in months) of your agreed payment plan. To request a payment plan, please enquire when we give you a quote.
Payment plans - corporate and commercial
| Less than $1,000 owing | No payment plans available, owed amount must be paid in full |
| $1,000 - $2,200 owing | 3 month payment plan |
| $2,201 - $3,500 owing | 3 or 6 month payment plans |
