We were hired by Clever Girl Theatre, an independent theatrical production company, to photograph and video the dress rehearsal of its production: The Wrong Book Show (based on Nick Bland's The Wrong Book) at the Geelong Arts Centre.
The production is aimed at children and families, with plenty of interactive moments between the the performers and the audience. Billed as a "laugh-out-loud musical for the whole family", the synopsis of the show has lead character/protagonist Nicholas Ickle trying to perform his show, but keeps getting interrupted by characters from other stories. The show features predominantly local talent - both on stage and behind the scenes.
We had a lot of fun shooting this show.
